Nice synopsis and thanks for saving us the burden of rifling through the S-1. I very much agree with your enthusiasm regarding the new generation of marketing technologies. As consumers' lives increasingly go digital, the data available to marketers shouldn't be squandered. Assuming that they operate in an ethical manner and deliver permission-based marketing, the potential for advancement is tremendous.

It's unfortunate that there's sooooo much bad marketing out there today. Hopefully by employing technologies like Eloqua, businesses will begin working smarter and not blast us with irrelevance and irreverence.
